University study results:
4AAAHealth's Beta 1, 3-D Glucan proven to be best!
|
Competitive Analysis of Biological Activity The chart before you reflects the results of a major US university testing on a side-by-side competitive basis, the ability of Transfer Point's Beta 1, 3-D Glucan, manufactured by A. J. Lanigan to increase the number of immune cells (expressed here in a percentage) that are attacking and destroying non-self targets. All these cells have CR3 (1, 3/1, 6 glucan) receptors.
AJ Lanigan has for ten years offered his customers a comprehensive assay detailing both purity and potency. No one in the industry has ever matched his purity and potency, regardless of claims. Many competitors are unwilling to provide you with such information, calling it proprietary. As a consumer, paying for a product based upon specific claims of purity and potency, you are entitled to know what you have bought.
1. Two companies were tested
at up to 160 times the dose
of our stand alone Beta 1,
3-D glucan. They are shown
at or near the negative
control (30.6%). *IL-2 - Interleukin-2 was discovered more than 20 years ago. IL-2 is part of a family of proteins called cytokines. Cytokines act primarily by communicating between the various cells of the body's immune system. IL-2 helps increase production of several different components of the immune system found in the blood, including T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. It also may improve the function of other immune system cells, such as lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. This helps the body fight cancer. IL-2, produced and secreted by activated Th1-cells, is the major interleukin responsible for clonal T-cell proliferation. The production of IL-2 occurs primarily by CD4+ T-helper cells. The IL-2 receptor is not expressed on the surface of resting T-cells and is present only transiently on the surface of T-cells, disappearing within 6-10 days of antigen presentation. In contrast to T-helper cells, NK cells constitutively express IL-2 receptors and will secrete TNF-a, IFN-g and GM-CSF in response to IL-2, which in turn activate macrophages. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a synthetic form of IL-2 (Proleukin) for treatment against cancer in 1992. Why gamble with your supplement dollars or your health.
